Our Fees/Charges

  • Our hourly rates $125.00 per hour / per investigator.
  • Surveillance operations require a 4-hour on-site minimum charge. Travel time and mileage fees are additional.
  • Travel time – $60.00 per hour / per investigator.
  • Mileage fees are billed at the current US IRS rate.
  • Additional miscellaneous expenses – billed at cost. Receipt(s) will be provided.
  • Rush cases will be billed an additional 10%.
  • Case retainers are required on new accounts.

Please call regarding our fees for person and asset database searches. We offer discounted independent contractor rates for other private investigation companies located outside of California.

Every investigation request presented to our company is assessed independently—based on the scope of work requested and the expertise required to perform the work. Factors we consider are: skill set of the investigator needed for any particular investigative assignment, protection detail, and the personal safety of our team. Some working conditions and environments pose elevated safety risks to our team and need to be considered. Any of these factors may be cause for an increase in our hourly rate, requirement for additional investigator(s), resources assigned, and/or the requirement of a retainer prior to the start of an investigation.
